The unique design of the Right Angle Mould Chute lets it attach to each mould half. As the mould opens and closes, the mouth of the chute opens and closes providing better protection from contaminants whilst the mould is closed. Conversely, in-line mould chutes are attached to the press frame and are static. An optional single Mould Shield can be attached to the chute and the movable mould half which will cover the chute opening providing protection from part contamination. All Mould Chutes can be attached to the machine using either magnets or custom support harnesses. Velcro straps allow precise adjustment of the chute to prevent loss of parts from uncontrolled ejections.

The unique design of the Soft Drop Mould Chute lets it attach under the mould. As the mould opens your delicate parts fall gently into the Soft Drop Chute and are slowly transferred on to the conveyor. Soft Drop Chutes are designed for applications where delicate parts need to be transferred from your mould to your conveyor without scratching or marking them. In applications where you have multi cavity moulds Soft Drop Chutes can be designed to keep parts separated further reducing damage. All Soft Drop Chutes can be attached to the machine using either magnets or custom support harnesses. IPS Mould Skirts direct the mouldings in the drop zone to where you want them, and prevent uncontrolled loss of ejected parts.

The Mould Skirt is made of a durable material that is grease, abrasion and tear resistant. Mould Skirts are easily cleaned using simple household cleaners and there are no concertina folds to trap mouldings or dirt. Mould Skirts come in 9 standard sizes and Tapered Mould Skirts are also available.
