Custom Sizes & Materials

Whilst over 90% of customer requirements are met from the standard range of products there are instances where a bespoke, made-to-measure, approach is required. This usually represents a non-standard size but there are instances, for aesthetic reasons, where a change of colour or material is required.

As a general guideline the cost of a custom product will be the same as the next largest standard product and a small setup cost will apply the first time a custom product is produced. Delivery time will generally be around 10 working days longer than the standard lead time.

We will send you a template which you can use to record the dimensions we need to design the product. In many cases this information will enable us to suggest a standard product to meet your requirement.

If you do need a custom product we will produce a drawing with full dimensions for your approval. Once you sign and return the drawing we will schedule the item for manufacture.
